Technology Creation
Role:
It changes all the time! Everything from finances and shareholder relations to sales and marketing. I also have a background in engineering, so I enjoy helping to translate customer needs into an engineering solution.
Interesting Fact:
I’m a big fan of single malt whisky. So much so that I run an online whisky tasting club in my spare time.
Hobbies:
I’m a keen amateur property developer. You’ll often find me at weekends taking on a new DIY project to renovate my house.
Achievements:
Launching CyberHive of course! I am also proud that I was closely involved in the creation of an automated cell culture platform that was once voted one of the 10 most important scientific advancements of the decade.
Commercial Strategy
Role:
Ensuring we deliver our fantastic technology to our customers and that they receive the best possible service. Alternatively, making sure there is a good supply of coffee and biscuits, crawling under desks to sort cabling issues, generally nagging people, particularly about tickets.
Interesting Fact:

Keeping the Business Running
Role:
Leading the Development team to design and implement new product features. Engage with customers where required for bespoke requirements.
Interesting Fact:
Before joining CyberHive, I worked at BBC Monitoring for over twenty years, where I led the development team, and played lead guitar in the house band Monitörhead.
Hobbies:
I enjoy family life, cycling to country pubs, cooking, new and old vinyl, gigs, playing blues/rock guitar, and yoga.
Achievements:
Led the project to create the first responsive website at the BBC.
Engineering and Development
Role:
Creating compelling product positioning, thought leadership articles, keynote presentations and technical evangelism.
Interesting fact:
Competitive hot air balloonist. National champion ice figure skater.
Hobbies:
Designing and building hi-fi amplifiers, restoring vintage cameras, photography (using film), running.
Marketing
Role:
Leading the revenue team (marketing, partnerships and sales) to grow our book of business / client list. Working closely with Operations, Engineering & Product to accelerate our growth.
Interesting fact:
Represented England at Water Polo in junior tournaments. I also represented the South of England at chess whilst at school – my parents told me it helped with concentration!
Hobbies:
Travelling to new places and meeting people from diverse backgrounds. Making memories with family and friends.

Role:
Elevating the CyberHive brand by creating greater awareness of the products and expertise of the company through promotion, digital marketing, engaging content and thought leadership.
Interesting Fact:
Born in Jamaica, moved to the UK when I was 4. Best job I ever had was a Toy Demonstrator for Hamley’s. Have a slight egg intolerance. Volunteer for a local charities.
Hobbies:
BIG movie fan, Marvel nerd, reading, eating, playing violin, raising two small humans
Achievements:
3 Peaks challenge, tandem skydive, completed a half marathon (never again – to any of these!)

Role:
I act as a liaison between Cyberhive and our Channel Partners and am responsible for building, maintaining and managing long-term relationships with current and prospective partners.
Interesting Fact:
Have a Polish Grandfather (Hence the name!), Apart from sports I have a secret love for the theatre.
Hobbies:
I play various sports such as Rugby, Football and Cricket. I will soon be studying for my entry level Rugby coaching badge.
Achievements:
Survived 6 month backpacking trip throughout Asia in my early 20’s. Berkshire Cup Rugby champions 2 times, 3 Peaks challenge and Great North run.
Channel Partners
Role:
Identify and evangelize individuals and organisations that can benefit from CyberHive solutions to reduce the risk of cyber attack.
Interesting fact:
I volunteer for a Community Interest Company (CIC).
Hobbies:
I enjoy baking, cooking, reading, exploring new places and taking classes in various subjects.

Role:
Responsible for bringing on new public sector clients, specifically within Local Government and Education – solving cyber security, connectivity and dev ops problems.
Interesting fact:
Used to work with Formula One in a different type of security.
Hobbies:
Rugby, football and golf.

Born and raised in a very small town of India. I was yoga instructor in my school.

All India Rank 2 in JNU entrance examination, 99.16 percentile for Graduate Aptitude Test examination, Numerous scholarship holder including CSIR Junior Research Fellowship, University Grant Commission NET, Newcastle Singapore PhD studentship.

Once literally ‘went the extra mile’ on a charity run. By mistake. Used to work in TV production.

Interesting Fact:
Lived in 4 countries (Netherlands, Indonesia, Portugal, UK). Cooked at local public event “Reading steady cook” and on “Britain’s best dish” and run a youtube food channel (there will be more episodes, promise!) Rumoured to be capable of killing fake plants.
Hobbies:
Food (cooking and eating), foraging, coffee roasting, dabbling with multimedia and electronics. Not playing as much music as I used to – so many interests, so little time!
Achievements:
Recorded a CD with the band in Poland. Wrote a book. Ran a recording studio. Authored HD24tools (a software suite for the HD24 24-channel audio recorder). Ate for one pound per day for a month (and had some rather enjoyable meals out of it!)
